In pursuit of a more sustainable fashion industry, many of our items are made-to-order, thus we apologise for not being able to accept returns and exchanges at this time. However, if your order arrives damaged, is lost, or for some reason you're unsatisfied with your order please reach out to our team (at within 14 days after receiving your order and they will do their best to help you.



Because most of the items we sell are made-to-order and don't have inventory it is often very difficult to offer an exchange of an item. We ask that you check the size chart and reach out to us if you have any outstanding questions before purchasing.



In the event your order is cancelled or our care team initiated the return process, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds usually take 7-10 business days from the time they're processed to show on your bank statement.
